Call Center Representative

Location: Alabang, Philippines

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Representatives for our Telco Account. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries about mobile, internet, and telco services.
• Assist with billing concerns, payments, and account updates.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and service disruptions.
• Process plan upgrades, add-ons, and service modifications.
• Recommend telco products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet performance and sales targets when applicable.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduate ).
• With or without prior BPO experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Alabang.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.

Compensation and Benefits:
