Description
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide solutions to customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers
