Airline Support Specialist – Cebu City (Start ASAP)

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

We are urgently hiring Airline Support Specialists to join our team in Cebu City. This role is ideal for candidates with at least six months of BPO experience who are ready to grow their career in the airline support industry. Successful applicants will handle international voice support, assisting customers with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries while ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with airline reservations, rebooking, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries

- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and requirements

- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy through international voice support

- Record and update customer interactions in the system

- Meet performance targets including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- At least Senior High School graduate

- Minimum of six months BPO experience (International Voice preferred)

- Strong communication skills in English

- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills

- Willing to work on shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting salary of 25,000 pesos

- Up to 28,000 pesos basic pay for candidates with 2 to 4 years of BPO experience in International Voice accounts
