Position: French Customer Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino national who is fluent in French
• Preferably Currently residing in Cebu City
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
• Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
• Answer and resolve consumer complaints
• Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
• Resolves payment complaints
