  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: at least completed 2 years in college.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (entry-level position).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication skills.
