Career Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
Primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Must have handled voice account
- Open to College graduates, with at least 6 months of CSR experience
- Also open to High school and Senior high school graduate / College undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience
