• Basic Salary: PHP 15,083
• Transportation Allowance: PHP 1,500
• Rice Allowance: PHP 2,000

The Patient Scheduling Associate is responsible for handling patient appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates. This role is open to freshers and candidates without BPO experience who are interested in building a career in healthcare support services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling
• Update patient information accurately in the system
• Coordinate with clinics and internal teams regarding schedules
• Provide clear and professional assistance to patients
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• At least 2 years completed in college
• No BPO experience required (Freshers are welcome)
• Candidates with experience must be willing to accept the stated salary package
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Iloilo or Manila
