Position Summary

Provides timely and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware issues, guides customers through solutions, and escalates complex problems as needed. Maintains accurate records, ensures customer satisfaction, and stays updated on technology trends while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to deliver solutions, thereby maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image.
  • Handle inquiries related to product recommendations, feature explanations, and functional guidance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, working toward timely resolutions and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with a STEM background or prior call center experience are preferred.
  • Previous call center experience at the collegiate level.
  • Prior experience in data annotation is a plus but not required.
  • Advanced typing skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite and during night shifts.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills, with the ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Training is provided to support success in the role.
