POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

Requirements

  • AT LEAST COMPLETED 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE AND UP / ASSOCIATE GRADUATE / 2 YEARS VOCATIONAL GRADUATE WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE
  • AMENANABLE TO START ASAP AND WORK ONSITE
