JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for driven and customer-focused individuals who are ready to deliver excellent service while maximizing sales opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Handle Telco Postpaid customer inquiries.
• Promote, upsell, and sell telco products and plans.
• Resolve billing and service-related concerns.
• Accurately document calls and sales transactions.
• Meet sales targets and quality standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience (sales account preferred).
• Can accept without BPO experience as long as with exceptional communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset is an advantage but not required.

• Work Set-Up: Pure Onsite

SALARY & INCENTIVES:

• Salary Package: ₱19,800.00 – ₱30,000.00
• Sales Incentives: ₱25,000.00 – ₱50,000.00
• Sign-On Bonus: ₱30,000.00 (Payable Within 1 Year)
