Solar Sales Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, business development, or related fields
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with DOE, ERC, and Distribution Utility processes is an advantage
• Highly organized, self-driven, and client-oriented
• Willingness to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Create, build, and maintain mutually beneficial exchanges with small and medium enterprises, commercial and industrial enterprises, institutions, distribution utilities, and selected special market niche segments
• Improve sales in assigned target market segments
• Assist the marketing team in inbound marketing initiatives and public relations
• Create, build, and maintain a CRM system
• Assist management in all aspects related to fully developing the business
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and distribution utilities (DUs) for solar embedded system offerings
