Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving, and empathy.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, adaptability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
