Job Description

  • Efficient Call Handling
  • Properly log calls in the Call Log System.
  • Coordination with other Business Units and branches
  • Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provides adequate information per unit
  • Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving.
  • Facilitates bookings request and cancellations
  • Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches.
  • Handles and answers emails and social media


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course (Business, HRM, Hospitality, Communications, IT, Marketing, or equivalent)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with CSR/customer service experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong customer-handling and problem‑solving skills
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (email, MS Office, chat tools, etc.)
  • Can handle calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced work environment
  • Willing to assist walk‑in clients and be assigned at branches or company sites
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately
