The Social Media Account Representative handles customer inquiries and engagement across social media platforms through a blended voice and non-voice support environment.

Job Requirements

• College graduate or higher
• With or without BPO experience
• With or without customer-facing experience
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media channels and voice support.
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and brand-aligned communication across platforms.
• Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics consistently.

Salary & Compensation

• Up to ₱23,000 salary package
• Salary is negotiable for applicants with 12 months or more BPO experience (International Voice)
• Consideration given if previous salary is higher
