Salary: ₱26,000–₱28,000 (based on experience)
Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)
Join our team in Quezon City! We’re looking for CSRs to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with billing and account inquiries, provide product info, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- 6+ months BPO experience in Sales accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Onsite work in Quezon City
