This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in BRIDGETOWN QC. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

[1] Minimum of 6 months BPO experience

[2] HS Graduate or SHS Graduate

[3] Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

[4] Average to Good English communication skills

[5] Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

SALARY: 26K to 35K
