Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Experience Level:1 year solid bpo financial service/6 months solid international bpo experience exclusions of training to nesting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Typically work in an office environment with regular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are key characteristics.
