CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Listen. Solve. Deliver. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional support, build rapport with clients, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Salary: ₱20,000 - 25,000/month

Schedule: Full-time (onsite)

Location: BGC, Taguig

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality customer service support to clients through various channels (calls and chats)
• Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Identify and recommend effective solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a positive, patient, and empathetic attitude in all interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Patient, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
