Job Description

岗位职责:

1. 通过在线聊天、工单系统、社群(Telegram、Discord、X 等)为全球用户提供及时、专业的服务支持;

2. 处理用户在注册、充值、交易、提现等环节的咨询与问题反馈;

3. 协助解决用户的交易异常、资产核对及安全验证问题;

4. 整理用户常见问题(FAQ)并向产品和技术团队反馈,推动产品优化;

5. 维护社区秩序,协助进行用户关系管理与留存提升;

6. 协助完成客服数据分析与服务质量提升工作。

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,具备2-5年交易所客服经验;

2. 熟悉区块链、数字货币、DeFi、Web3 等领域的基本概念;

3. 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识与应变能力;

4. 马来西亚籍,精通中英文,具备良好的英文口语沟通能力者优先考虑;

5. 能接受轮班制及节假日值班安排;

6. 具备高保密意识和责任感,能在高压环境下保持专业。

加分项:

1. 有 Binance、OKX、Bybit、Bitget、MEXC 等交易所客服经验;

2. 熟悉 KYC、充值提现、API 交易等模块操作。
