• Design, build, and maintain robust data workflows for B2B and B2C prospect list generation.

• Utilize modern data enrichment and prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, etc.) to pull, clean, and segment large datasets.

• Take full ownership of data hygiene and integrity within our CRM and outreach platforms.

• Create and manage complex data "waterfalls" and automation sequences to enrich and qualify leads.

• Analyze data to identify trends, improve audience targeting, and optimize the performance of our outreach campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to understand their data requirements and deliver high-quality, actionable lists.

• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and continuously improve our data management processes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Demand Generation).

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with modern data prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms).

• Strong proficiency in managing, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets (advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills are essential).

• Experience in building and managing data workflows for B2B and/or B2C outreach.

• Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct and advanced experience using Clay.io.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Familiarity with email outreach and deliverability principles.

• Basic understanding of APIs or SQL for data extraction.
