The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or vocational course graduate (college level preferred)
• Proven experience as a Data Encoder or similar role is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Encode data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
• Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Update and maintain records, files, and databases regularly
• Prepare reports, summaries, and data lists as required
• Organize and manage both electronic and physical documents
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Coordinate with other departments to clarify data requirements
• Perform data backup and recovery tasks when needed
• Assist in administrative tasks related to data management
