We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Automation Expert to join our fast-growing marketing technology team. You’ll be building AI-driven workflows, chatbots, and automation systems that connect tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs, and email systems — helping our clients scale their operations intelligently.

If you love building automations that actually do things, know your way around tools like n8n, Make, and Lovable, and get excited by integrating AI (GPT, ElevenLabs, OpenAI API, etc.) into real business systems — we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), and Lovable.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots and assistants for client businesses (customer support, marketing, CRM, or operations).
• Integrate multiple APIs (OpenAI, Meta, Google Ads, CRMs, email platforms, etc.) into cohesive systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to translate client needs into automation blueprints.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with new AI and automation tools and recommend innovations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with n8n, Make, or Lovable — minimum 1–2 years.
• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, GPT, or ElevenLabs APIs.
• Strong understanding of webhooks, JSON, API authentication, and data mapping.
• Creative mindset for designing chatbot conversations and AI logic flows.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to explain automation concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple automation projects at once.

Big Plus

• Experience connecting marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with voice assistants, AI workflows, or RPA.
• Background in marketing, tech startups, or SaaS.
• Any portfolio or example of working automations (demo video or screenshots).
