Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Help navigate delivery routes and locate customer addresses
• Verify delivery items against invoices or delivery notes
• Collect customer signatures and assist with documentation when required
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at delivery locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Good physical stamina and ability to work long hours
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
