Key Responsibilities:

• Transport & Delivery: Safely drive a vehicle (car, van, truck) to deliver items to customers, ensuring timeliness and condition.
• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently handle packages, assisting with loading and unloading from the vehicle.
• Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules, using navigation tools (GPS/maps).
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, handle complaints, and collect payments or signatures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, update statuses, and complete reports.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, fluids, cleanliness) and report issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
