WE’RE HIRING! – Social Media Assistant

The Social Media Assistant will support the marketing team in managing and growing the company’s online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, assisting with campaigns, interacting with followers, and ensuring that the brand’s voice and identity are consistently represented across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels) on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social media accounts daily and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Research current trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure content aligns with promotions and brand goals
• Assist in creating simple graphics, layouts, and video edits for posts
• Help maintain a positive online reputation by monitoring reviews and mentions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and eye for design
• Basic skills in photo/video editing and Canva (or similar tools)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and updated with the latest social media trends
• Have knowledge in Meta Ads/Boosting
