Role: Digital Performance Manager
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat / Cebu / Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying & Campaign Implementation
- Set up and execute performance campaigns across:
- Paid Social: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Programmatic: Google Display & Video 360 (DV360)
- Search & Shopping: Google Ads, PMAX
- Ensure best-practice campaign structures, budget pacing, and flighting.
- Align campaign setup with tracking and conversion frameworks to ensure clean measurement from day one.
2. Tagging, Tracking & Measurement Architecture
- Own and manage end-to-end tagging strategy across digital campaigns and websites.
- Implement, audit, and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), including:
- GA4 event tracking
- Conversion tracking for paid media platforms
- Custom events, parameters, and triggers
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, DV360).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement complex tracking requirements.
3. Optimisation & Performance Management
- Continuously optimise campaigns to achieve or exceed KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
- Use performance data and behavioural insights to:
- Refine audiences, bidding strategies, and creative rotations
- Improve funnel efficiency from click to conversion
- Manage budgets proactively to ensure efficiency and KPI alignment.
- Lead structured test-and-learn frameworks across media and landing experiences.
4. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Own and drive CRO strategy across key landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Analyse user behaviour using GA4 and other analytics tools to identify friction points.
- Design and prioritise CRO hypotheses based on data and performance insights.
- Partner with design, product, and development teams to:
- Implement UX/UI improvements
- Launch and evaluate A/B or multivariate tests
- Measure and report on conversion uplift and impact on paid media efficiency.
5. Insights, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse performance and user behaviour using:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Looker Studio
- Build clear, actionable dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.
- Deliver comprehensive end-of-campaign and quarterly reports, including:
- Media performance
- CRO outcomes
- Measurement insights and recommendations
- Translate data into strategic insights for stakeholders and leadership.

- Looker Studio (dashboarding & reporting)
- Google Search Console
Qualification and requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, tagging, and attribution
- Proven ability to link media performance with on-site conversion outcomes
- Highly analytical with a testing and optimisation mindset
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of marketing, data, and UX
- Clear communicator able to explain complex data and tracking concepts simply
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident, working autonomously
Ideal Background:
- 4–7+ years in digital performance marketing, analytics, or CRO roles
- Hands-on GTM and GA4 implementation experience is essential
- Proven experience improving conversion rates for paid traffic
- Experience in agency or growth-focused in-house environments preferred
