Description

  • Coordinate and dispatch vehicles and personnel to assigned locations.
  • Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary.
  • Maintain logs and records of dispatched calls and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality management practices.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate deliveries, ensure compliance with safety standards, and monitor quality control processes.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long hours and working flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
