Description
- Manage and organize project documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution.
- Implement efficient filing and retrieval systems.
- Maintain up-to-date document control procedures.
- Assist in training team members on documentation processes.
- Support project teams in document-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong scheduling abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in document management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and archive documents, facilitate communication among teams, ensure adherence to company policies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for overtime during project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
