  • Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, support purchasing activities, and assist HR with record-keeping.
  • Ensure documents are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and quality.
  • Assist in developing documentation standards and best practices.
  • Maintain document version control and archiving.
  • Have Purchasing Experience

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in documentation or administrative support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in purchasing processes, HR tasks, and document management systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular working hours, collaboration with various departments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
