• Coordinate and transact with various government agencies such as DTI, SEC, LGUs, BFP, DOH, PEZA, BOC, and PCAB for business registrations, permits, and renewals.
• Represent the company or clients during document submissions, inspections, and follow-ups.
• Prepare, process, and file necessary documents for business permits, licenses, and accreditations.
• Maintain organized records and track deadlines for renewals and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients or internal teams regarding application progress.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in computer applications and documentation.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Trainable and willing to learn.
• With background in government processing or related administrative work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
