E-Commerce & Sales Execution

• Own daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
• Drive GMV growth through campaign execution, promotions, bundles, pricing, and vouchers.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, traffic, and key commercial KPIs.

Ads Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop Ads).
• Manage ads budget, ROAS, CPA, and performance tracking.
• Work with the Malaysia team to align ads strategy and targets.

Social Commerce, Content & Livestream

• Manage social commerce execution, especially TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate short-form video content focused on sales conversion.
• Plan and manage livestreams, including calendars, live hosts, scripts, offers, and performance review.

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates / creators to drive incremental sales.
• Track affiliate performance, commissions, and ROI.

Customer Service & Operations

• Oversee customer service performance, including response rate, chat SLA, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns, refunds, and dispute handling in coordination with logistics or platform requirements.
• Ensure store operations meet platform standards, policies, and compliance.

KPI & Store Health Management

• Maintain strong store ratings, reviews, response rates, and other platform health metrics.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as cancellation rate, return rate, and fulfillment performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights.

Cross-Country Coordination

• Liaise closely with the Malaysia E-Commerce Team to align on campaigns, ads strategy, execution standards, and reporting.
• Share local market insights and execution feedback

Job Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and/or social commerce.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines e-commerce ecosystem and platform operations.
• Proven experience in ads management, livestream operations, affiliate management, and store operations.
• Strong analytical and execution skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Able to manage multiple KPIs and campaigns independently.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Fluent in English
