eCommerce Strategy & Planning Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals; forecast sales and drive KPI achievement.
Platform Management Optimize listings, pricing, promos, and inventory across platforms; manage content execution and platform relationships (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
Digital Marketing Integration Collaborate on SEO, paid ads, CRM, and promos; analyze and refine campaign performance.
Performance Analysis Track and report on key metrics (sales, conversion, traffic, ROAS); provide insights and recommendations.
Customer Experience Ensure smooth UX, checkout, and customer service; drive improvements via feedback and data.
Team & Vendor Coordination Oversee cross-functional teams and liaise with external partners (logistics, creatives, IT, agencies).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, platform dashboards).
Deep knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition tactics.
