Job Summary:

E-Commerce / Online Staff is responsible for managing the company’s online sales channels, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the online store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, website)
• Upload product photos, descriptions, and prices
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages
• Process online orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Handle basic customer service concerns (returns, exchanges, complaints)
• Assist in online promotions and sales campaigns
• Prepare simple sales and inventory reports

Qualifications:

• With experience in e-commerce, online selling, or customer service
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
