Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Upload & update product listings, prices, and promotions
- Coordinate inventory, fulfillment, and delivery with warehouse/logistics teams
- Plan & run flash sales and campaigns with platform managers
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and campaign results
- Malaysian candidates fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a BIG plus
- Skilled in Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, or TikTok Seller Centre
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
