HR-Employee Relations shall perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. In charge of interviewing employees and discussing personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. Shall also evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action. HR-Employee Relations explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

EMPLOYEE RELATION

  • Responsible for drafting and posting HR-related internal communication (memorandum) for all employees. 
  • Managing employee complaints and providing resolutions as per company standards.
  • Act upon incident report within 24 hours.
  • Will be handling workplace investigation and qualify disciplinary action to be imposed to the employee based on the company’s established Code of Ethics. Provide necessary documents for implementation of sanction and properly coordinate with Payroll Associate for implementation.
  • Shall be responsible for sending a return to work order for probable AWOL employees within 24 hours upon receiving the report from the Business Unit Admin.


PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

  • Monitor and conduct employee’s evaluation.
  • In charge of the termination procedure.


AGENCY ACCREDITATION

  • Source and recommend service providers / agency and other services that may be needed by the HRD department.


AGENCY COORDINATION

  • Shall be facilitating agency employees on the deployment.
  • Shall coordinate employees' concern to its agency.


OTHER TASK

  • Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director.


COVERED SHIFT

  • Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.
