Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and consolidate updates to the company’s rules, regulations, and policies
• Perform daily administrative functions related to Employee Relations and HR operations
• Support the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns and disciplinary matters
• Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee welfare
• Maintain and manage employee records within Employee Relations
