Executive Assistant | WFH | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support international clients. This role requires a self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, and provide clear, proactive updates.

What You’ll Do:

• Own projects from planning to completion
• Set clear timelines, track deliverables, and manage dependencies
• Prioritize tasks and adjust as business needs change
• Coordinate with teams and vendors to keep projects on track
• Communicate complex updates in a clear, actionable manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proven experience supporting international clients or companies
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and delegation skills
• Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

This is a work-from-home, night-shift role as an independent contractor.
