Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and leads.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, coverage, and premiums to clients in a clear and simple manner.
Process applications, handle renewals, and update client records.
Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims and coverage questions.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements.
Ensure compliance with all insurance laws and company policies.
At least college graduate.
With 1 year working experience preferred.
Proven sales or customer service experience; insurance experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using social media, and other platforms.
With stable internet connection, and device (tablet and/or laptop)
