Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Preferably with a laptop and a smartphone
• With or without sales experience
• Willing to undergo training and coaching
• Knowledgeable in using MS Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and maintain a high degree of independence
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships with clients
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary: Php30,000–Php50,000/month

Pay: Php40,000–Php60,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
• Initiate and set client meetings for financial planning
• Identify clients’ financial status by determining investment risk profile, income, expenses, savings, and other relevant information
• Develop a sound insurance plan to address clients’ financial needs
• Present Prulife UK products and services to prospective clients
• Conduct financial reviews for existing clients
