Ability to manage multiple fleet operations, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
Strong attention to detail and capacity to oversee maintenance schedules, insurance, and compliance records.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection procedures.
Familiarity with fleet management software for tracking and managing fleet operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, team members, and external partners.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify operational issues and find solutions, especially in crisis situations such as vehicle breakdowns or route changes.
Knowledge of Regulations:
clear understanding of transportation and safety regulations, including compliance with local laws.

At least with several years (2-5 years) of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation roles, especially in industries such as shipping, tracking, or fleet service.
College graduate / level in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Transportation Management is often preferred.
with Experience in vehicle maintenance, inventpry management, and operations planning is highly valuable
with experience in a supervisory or management capacity, where you were responsible for managing teams or projects.
