Description
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle payment processing and cash management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, strong customer management skills, and experience in quick service restaurants.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy shifts.
