Job Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior staff on job duties
- Maintain quality standards and project timelines
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, ability to lead teams, and proficient in problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Work in outdoor and indoor environments, often on-site in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability.
