Job Qualifications;

- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course; relevant work experience may be a substitute

- Relevant experience in a warehouse role

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong moral and ethical code.

- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.

- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork

- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic planning

- Organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities;

· Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.

· Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.

· Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.

· Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

· Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.

· Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.

· Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.

· Receiving and processing warehouse stock products

· Picking orders from inventory, checking orders for accuracy

· Packing and shipping products and orders

· Inspecting products for defects and damages

· Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area

· Operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment such as forklift and others.

· Keeping warehouse clean and safe, ensuring hygiene standards are met

· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

· Drive Vehicle if necessary

· Other duties that my ask from time to time.
