  • Guest Arrival and Departure: Manage seamless check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments, issuing keys, and processing payments.
  • Personalized Service: Anticipate guest needs by noting preferences from previous bookings to ensure early room readiness or specific accommodations.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary contact between guests and other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security to resolve requests promptly.
  • Reservation Management: Handle online and phone bookings, reservation changes, and cancellations using Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Guest Assistance: Respond to inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel directions while maintaining a professional and warm demeanor.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, handle billing, process mail or packages, and prepare shift handover reports


Requirements/s

  •  Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are vital for interacting with international luxury clientele.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in hotel software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse cultures and customs to build meaningful connections with guests.
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and a refined "sense of style" consistent with Restaurant’s brand.
