- Greet clients warmly and assist with log-in procedures
- Guide clients to the correct room/station and notify the assigned staff
- Book and confirm appointments via phone or social media
- Process transactions (cash/card) and issue receipts
- Welcome walk-ins, provide service information, and handle scheduling
- Promote services, products, promos, and discounts
- Maintain accurate client records (contact info, billing, services)
- Keep the reception area clean and organized; monitor clinic cleanliness
- Track inventory and monitor critical supplies
- Report daily attendance (absences, tardiness, OT, undertime)
- Report maintenance concerns
- Submit daily sales reports on time
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies and the employee code of conduct
- At least 1 year experience
- Education not required
