Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code primarily using the Laravel framework.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, well-documented, and performant code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Implement and manage database schemas (e.g., MySQL) and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for integration with other services.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework (versions 8+ preferred).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in database management systems, particularly MySQL.
• Experience with version control tools, especially Git.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and DevOps concepts is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
