Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company policies for Group entities
Liaising with department heads to gather and consolidate financial data and provide insightful analysis
Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Assisting with the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information
Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing recommendations to optimise financial performance
Conduct cost and variance analysis and recommendations
Preparation of reports for tax compliance and audit requirements
Mentoring and supervising junior accounting staff, as needed
Other tasks as assigned by the CFO and senior management

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior accounting role
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with Xero software experience is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Thorough understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
Willing to work in Iloilo/Pasig Office (onsite)
