Job description

• Prepare and oversee the timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards like PFRS while presenting financial reports to senior management.
• Supervise all daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, inventory management, and tax filing.
• Manage the monthly and year-end financial close processes to ensure everything is up to date.
• Ensure the accuracy of data in our accounting systems and make recommendations for any necessary changes.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in accounting processes, making recommendations for efficiencies.

Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing financial operations for diverse industries such as Ecommerce, Logistics, Real Estate, and Holdings.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Netsuite, Oracle) and industry-specific tools for Ecommerce and real estate management.
