The Operation Staff (Loading & Unloading) is responsible for handling the movement of goods, materials, and finished products within the factory or warehouse area.

This includes loading and unloading materials, transferring items to the correct location, and assisting with daily operational support.

The staff must be able to read, write, calculate basic numbers, and follow safety rules at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform loading and unloading of materials, components, and finished goods safely and accurately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing items according to the Delivery Order (DO), Material Requisition Form, or Production Order.
• Assist in moving materials between warehouse, production, and packaging areas using trolleys or pallet jacks.
• Check and count materials to ensure correct quantity and labeling.
• Support caking, arranging, and labeling goods for storage or shipment.
• Maintain clean and organized working areas according to 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling heavy items or using equipment.
• Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (SPM or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: No experience required — training will be provided.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit to handle lifting and manual tasks.
• Skills:

1. Can read and understand simple work instructions.
2. Can count and calculate basic numbers correctly.
3. Able to follow supervisor’s instructions carefully.
4. Not colour blind (required for identifying component labels and wiring).
