Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Golang engineer to join our core trading research and development team, contributing to the construction and continuous evolution of our centralized trading platform's trading system. This position will focus on the research, development, and optimization of key systems such as the matching engine, order book, and risk control module, supporting the platform's high-performance and low-latency trading requirements. You will closely collaborate with product, risk control, and quantitative teams to continuously enhance the stability and scalability of core business systems.

Efficient Revenue Generation: A small and agile research and development team that achieved break-even within three months of operation, currently consisting of approximately 60 members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and development of core trading modules, including but not limited to the matching engine, order management, risk control logic, and trading matching logic.
• Write high-performance, stable, and scalable Golang backend services to meet the high concurrency and low latency business needs of the trading system.
• Deeply participate in system architecture design and performance optimization, driving the implementation of technical solutions.
• Work closely with product, quantitative, frontend, and QA teams to ensure system delivery efficiency and stability.
• Drive automation deployment and continuous integration processes to enhance development delivery efficiency.

• ⁃ Continuously monitor industry trends and explore the application of cutting-edge technologies in trading systems.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, with more than 2 years of practical experience in Golang
• Experience with trading systems such as CEX/DEX is preferred, with familiarity in core modules like matching engines, order books, and risk control
• Knowledge of high-concurrency system architecture design, understanding of coroutine models, message queues, caching mechanisms, and other performance optimization techniques
• Proficient in database design, optimization, and migration strategies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
• Good API design principles, familiar with RESTful interface development
• Familiar with CI/CD toolchains such as GitHub Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities, capable of efficiently completing cross-department collaboration
• Quick learning ability and strong sense of responsibility, able to maintain technical acumen in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial systems, quantitative trading, contract matching, and risk control rule development
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages (Rust, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
• Experience with distributed system architecture, service decomposition, and performance testing
